FC Dutchmen Premier are very excited for this year's Memorial Day Tournament!

FC Dutchmen Premier is pleased to announce the appointment of Athlete Travel as our Official Housing Partner for the FC Dutchmen Memorial Day Tournament.
All teams are required to book their hotel reservations through Athlete Travel to ensure their place in the tournament.
Athlete Travel comes to us highly recommended for their commitment to providing professional service and for their attention to detail. Halpern Travel's secure, online hotel reservation system allows teams to view information about hotels, including rates, amenities and availability.

Tournament Registration
We are trying to simplify the team check-in process this year by encouraging all teams to participate in online check-in. Teams can pay by check or credit card. Credit card payments will include a service fee to cover credit card processing fees.
If you would rather pay by check please contact FC Ductmen and an invoice will be sent. If you have any questions please contact FC Dutchmen.
Online Check-In
It is required that each team provide a copy of the Team Info Sheet along with a copy of your approved/stamped league roster and a pdf of all player passes (including guest player documentation) along with permission to travel, if it is required. All documents need to be combined into one pdf and emailed to, FC Dutchmen. Please send a separate email for each team participating and include the club name, age, gender and team name in the subject line of the email.
Example: FC Dutchmen, U15 Girls Hurricane.

Onsite Check-In
Those not choosing to participate in online check-in must be at the field, at least, one hour prior to your first game on Saturday. The same documentation listed above must be provided if participating in onsite check in.
Please be prepared with copies as we will be KEEPING COPIES OF ROSTERS AND PHOTOCOPIES OF PLAYER PASSES.
All documents will be shredded after the completion of the tournament. This new system will make checking in much quicker and easier.
