It is required that each team provide a copy of the Team Info Sheet along with a copy of your approved/stamped league roster and a pdf of all player passes (including guest player documentation) along with permission to travel, if it is required. All documents need to be combined into one pdf and emailed to, Kathy Marco at FCDutchmen06@gmail.com before 10:00 PM on May 18, 2020. Please send a separate email for each team participating and include the club name, age, gender and team name in the subject line of the email.
Example: FC Dutchmen, U15 Girls Hurricane.
Those not choosing to participate in online check-in must be at the field, at least, one hour prior to your first game on Saturday. The same documentation listed above must be provided if participating in onsite check in.
Please be prepared with copies as we will be KEEPING COPIES OF ROSTERS AND PHOTOCOPIES OF PLAYER PASSES.
All documents will be shredded after the completion of the tournament. This new system will make checking in much quicker and easier.
